Earlier this year I got more exposure on visual kei covers, namely from V-Rock compilations. It started out with Diaura’s Endless Loop I listened in 2015. I did not pay attention much to it at first, but it turned out it’s originally an anime soundtrack. And, whoa, I found out that there is more than just one V-Rock compilation.
Here is the list of albums that I managed to get access to, starting with the Crush! series which have been compiled and released in a 3-disc Crush! Box -90's V-Rock Best Hit Cover Songs- and other V-Rock compilations known to date. The bold ones are my personal favorites. If available, they’re also linked to YouTube for a listen.
